Laura has 18 years’ experience helping some of the world’s leading brands grow, taking on categories from beer to beauty, and challenges from brand positioning to ‘future of’ projects for blue-chip tech, health and FMCG companies.
She began her career as a Marketing grad trainee at Unilever, before making the move to insight and brand strategy in 2009. Since then, she has specialised in global consumer and cultural insight for companies including Big Green Door, Flamingo, and The Forge, which she joined as Director in 2023. Alongside strategic consultancy, she is co-producer and co-host of The Forge’s The Persuasion Game, a podcast in which marketing leaders share perspectives on the industry’s biggest challenges and opportunities.
Outside of work, Laura’s love for etymology, Oscar Wilde and Nora Ephron make her a fearsome pub quiz competitor (but only for very specific rounds).
