Rawdon was appointed to the role of Managing Director, Jaguar in February 2023, prior to this he was the UK Managing Director for Jaguar Land Rover. He is now responsible for the Jaguar brand strategy, short and long-term brand profitability and the full end-to-end client experience, through the Product, Services and Experiences offering.

Rawdon is a Senior Executive Director, with a track record of enhancing global brands’ revenues and capabilities at Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Audi & Camelot Group PLC. He has led transformation across all areas of the Customer Journey, shaping and executing commercially focused transformations to sales and networks, marketing, customer service and supply chain.

He is passionate about using deep customer understanding to enable business change, developing new business channels and building brands.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He’s also a keen tennis player, skier and golfer.
