Rosie Hanley is the Brand Director for John Lewis and Pan-Partnership. She is responsible for the John Lewis Partnership’s enterprise brand architecture and brand strategy, and Brand Marketing, Propositions and CX for John Lewis.

Rosie has spent over 15 years in retail, starting her career at dunnhumby working across various insight and personalisation roles. She then spent 8 years at eBay in regional and global roles across customer insight, digital, brand and marketing. She has been at John Lewis for almost 4 years most recently re-introducing the 100 year old brand promise 'Never Knowingly Undersold' and the best performing Christmas ad in years.

Rosie grew up in County Antrim, has a 7 year old son and 5 year old twins, a never ending renovation project in South London and a very supportive husband.
