As founder of The Human Instinct, Ian helps brands overcome the challenges that AI and LLM analysis alone cannot solve, providing human based insight, creativity and intelligence that delivers wisdom, not data.

Ian is a senior qualitative and quantitative practitioner with over 20 years insight experience into consumer behaviour, communication and brand development.

Following senior research roles in the automotive industry, Ian was for over 12 years, co-founding partner in Prescient and a Board Director at Loewy Group Int. For the past 9 years he has been All Global media group’s Global Head of Insight and Strategy working with clients to help them use insight to develop new ideas, explore different opportunities and identify better ways of doing things. This is including work for many of the world’s biggest brands including VW, Bentley Motors, Subaru, HSBC, Camelot, O2, Disney, Goldman Sachs inc., Michael Kors, Agent Provacateur and Microsoft.
