As Ketchum UK CEO, and with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Sera brings extensive experience in agency leadership and strategic innovation. Since joining Ketchum in 2021, she has held two key roles, Deputy CEO of Ketchum UK, and most recently, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for Global Markets. In these capacities, she has been instrumental in driving business growth, co-creating Ketchum’s global innovation agenda and leading global strategic priorities across all markets outside the US.

An active member of industry network WACL, Sera is dedicated to championing access, diversity, and equity for all, actively mentoring through her role as ambassador for Creative Mentors Network and in support of organisations such as Brixton Finishing School.
