Claire Darley is a transformational leader with over 30 years in tech, known for driving large-scale change through collaboration and creating true “followship.” At Adobe, she led the Digital Transformation in EMEA, shifting the Creative Cloud from an off-the-shelf product to a subscription model, increasing routes to market, and growing the EMEA business from ~$500M to ~$5Bn.

Recently, Claire served as Senior Vice President at Adobe’s headquarters in San Jose, overseeing Global Field Sales for the Digital Media business (~$5.5Bn) and leading the worldwide Customer Support team.

Now back in the UK, she is spearheading a major initiative to build a new business targeting non-professionals in content creation, focusing on product development, pricing, branding, and sales channels.
