Coming from an AV background, Flora learnt the multimedia planning craft at OMD in Vicky Fox’s connections planning team. Since then she’s headed up the Implementational Planning team for the Government at OmniGOV, and after maternity leave, returned to MG as the Head of Planning for the Agency. Flora has always felt passionately about responsibility within planning, setting up the Government and then MG’s DEI Planning Process. She is an expert in the Attention Planning area, utilising the data and tools within the Omni suite to drive better outcomes. Late last year Flora launched the MG’s retail planning process which helps everyone to navigate the complex ever evolving landscape.
