Dominic began his television career working on ITV’s Midsomer Murders, developing new ways for characters to meet their demise. He then moved to Channel 5’s Family Affairs, where he eventually took charge of the story department and produced the show. After this, Dominic joined BBC’s EastEnders as a Story Producer for four years, before transitioning to Kudos’ Lovely Day, where he developed ITV’s Grantchester and BBC’s Man in an Orange Shirt. In 2015, Dominic returned to EastEnders as Executive Producer, introducing Danny Dyer’s family into the Queen Vic and crafting the iconic “Who Killed Lucy?” storyline. This culminated in a week of live episodes watched by over 20 million people, earning BAFTA, RTS, NTA, MIND, British Soap, and Attitude awards.
Following this, Dominic joined Blueprint Pictures as Head of Television, Executive Producing A Very English Scandal, starring Hugh Grant and Ben Whishaw. In December 2019, Dominic launched his own ITV Studios label, Happy Prince, co-writing
