Lisa Smosarski is the award-winning Editorial Director of Stylist. As well as engaging over 4 million women editorially through the magazine, website, social media and events each month, Lisa is a board director at The Stylist Group.

Lisa also writes Stylist’s How To Work column and email, a space dedicated to supporting women in the workplace.

Alongside her work at Stylist, Lisa is the Chair of the PPA’s Next Gen Board and is also an advocate for kindness in leadership. She was involved in Radio 4’s Kindness Experiment in 2021.

Prior to Stylist, Lisa edited more!, bliss and Smash Hits. She was also the presenter for Channel 4’s Make Me A Grown Up and has a wealth of broadcast experience including producing and hosting several podcasts.
