Nina was appointed Group Chief Marketing officer of Barclays plc in 2023. She joined from Verizon where she was SVP, Consumer Segment Marketing. Prior to Verizon, Nina was the CMO of O2/Telefonica UK from 2013 until 2021, where she had commercial P&L accountability for the consumer and SMB mobile business as well as responsibility for marketing across O2.

Nina joined O2 from Barclays, where she was Chief Marketing Officer at Barclaycard and before that she was SVP of global brand management at IHG.

Nina also held a variety of roles at Diageo in her earlier career. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, is married with 2 children and lives in Hampstead.
