A pioneer in digital media, Philip has spearheaded innovations from launching the UK’s first mobile music video to leading ViacomCBS’s digital transition. Passionate about social impact, he has championed diversity, charitable initiatives, and industry mentorship. He is a Fellow of Leadership at Windsor Castle’s St. George’s College and sits on the boards of BAFTA, the International Emmy Awards, and the Edinburgh International Television Festival.
In December 2024, Philip was appointed co-chair of London’s bid to host World Pride 2030.
