Milka Privodanova is VP, Head of EMEA Enterprise Sales at Pinterest, where she leads the advertising business in the region. She and her team partner with top brands and agencies in the markets, leveraging Pinterest’s unique full funnel proposition as well as its commitment to engineering a more positive internet, to drive revenue for advertisers. Milka joined Pinterest in 2020 as Country Manager for the UK and Ireland, expanding her role to include the Netherlands and Nordics, before becoming VP for EMEA.

Prior to Pinterest, Milka worked at Microsoft for eleven years in emerging and developed markets across a variety of sales and marketing roles.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and industry events, and has sat on several advertising industry boards including IAB and Advertising Association.

She is originally from Bulgaria, but after living in 5 different countries she calls the UK home.
