Nicky is a passionate mental health and wellbeing advocate, championing individuality and belonging. She’s a neurodiversity ally, and an informal mentor to parents in and outside of the advertising industry, caring for children with Autism.
An NLP practitioner, Nicky believes in the power of positivity and its role in creating your own success.
Before joining NABS she spent six years working in the advertising industry in account management and data planning roles at Proximity, DraftFCB and TBWA/GGT.
Nicky is a proud mum to Hudson, 10, Darcey, 7 and many, many animals.
